Portrait of Juan Rosas

Juan Rosas

Multidisciplinary designer, developer, and founder of 4U — a precision fitness ecosystem uniting science, design, and technology to help people train smarter and live in alignment.

I bridge fitness science, architecture, and software to craft human-centered systems. Currently pursuing my Master of Landscape Architecture at FIU, I build products that pair scientific rigor with thoughtful design — from adaptive training tools to immersive digital environments.

My work explores how technology and natural design principles can intersect to create healthier, more meaningful lifestyles. With 4U I'm building adaptive training engines that replace misinformation with clarity so people can architect their own routines.

Beyond code I practice hybrid training, study ecological design, and document the craft of making — from woodworking and sailing to bonsai cultivation. Each pursuit keeps me grounded in discipline, curiosity, and long-term growth.

The Productive Landscape: Innovations for the Redland Agricultural District

The Productive Landscape: Innovations for the Redland Agricultural District

A GIS-driven study of the Redland Agricultural District that identifies patterns of fragmentation and opportunity to design productive mobility corridors. By layering land-use, ecology, transit, and cultural data, the project proposes a network of pedestrian, nature, cultural, and industrial routes that protect farmland, enhance access, and connect people to the Redland’s ecological and agricultural identity.

About Juan

How systems thinking, science, and design converge in my work.

I'm a designer, developer, and fitness technologist pursuing my Master of Landscape Architecture at FIU. My craft is about building human-centered systems that harmonize body, environment, and technology.

Through 4U, I'm developing a precision fitness ecosystem powered by adaptive engines — RPR, CPR, SPR, and CTIR — that guide people to design their own training with scientific clarity. It's fitness as architecture: intentional, beautiful, and purposeful.

My scholarship program keeps the platform accessible, mirroring my belief that truthful, high-quality fitness guidance should be available to anyone willing to do the work.

Whether I'm iterating on a product, restoring a landscape, or shaping a training block, the throughline is Alignment — living in a way where systems support the life you're building.
